After neglecting this site for the better part of the last year I decided it was time to offer a quick update on what is going on in my world for anyone interested.  Currently I am living in Louisville, KY and working a temp job at UPS while I am here. I have finally found a suitable property size wise in a small town in Iowa called Fort Madison and at present I am getting it fixed up to inhabit in a few months.  I hope to have the new News/Talk radio station, KFMD AM 1580 on the air by the Summer and the new music station, WLCI AM 1670 on the air by the Fall of 2024.  Check back in a few weeks when I hope to have more information available for those that are interested.
